Celebrating our 150th Anniversary with our community and friends is an honor--it is because of your love and support that we have achieved this milestone. One of our events is a 5k Run/Walk as a means of celebrating and bringing us together for a fun time.
We have designed a race logo for this event commemorating this special milestone! Our logo includes a grapevine (symbolism meaning honor God first), our church celebration, a halo (symbol of light and grace given directly by God), wings (used to depict heaven, freedom, movement, dreams, traveling and even intelligence and wisdom), and the race information.

Our race will take place on Saturday, March 30, 2024 beginning at St. Thomas Lutheran Church, 1439 Ridge Road, Hooversville, PA 15936. The race will start at 10:15 a.m. Race day registration will be held at St. Thomas Lutheran Church Grove, 1341 Ridge Road (next to the church). However, preregistration is encouraged. The cost is $25.00 to March 13, $30.00 after this date and on race day. The family rate (3 or more from same household) is $15.00 each family member registered by March 13, $20.00 after this date and on race day. Race shirt to preregistered applicants by March 13. Shirts available after that date and on race day as supplies last. Register early to avoid disappointment!

Top Overall Male & Female,
Top Three Males and Top Three Females in Age Groups 12 and under, 13-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+

No dogs are allowed and the course will be closed by noon.

Race proceeds will help benefit St. Thomas Youth Ministry Initiatives: Kids Klub, Luther League, Summer Bible School, and In-Tents Church Camp
